Please bring a current form of identification (driver license or passport) and all completed documents at the time of your appointment.Notaries verify only the identity of the individual signing a document (Notary Duties Information Link.) Please consult with an attorney for any legal advice you may need.

$12.00 Notarization per signature

* if using a credit card 3.5% processing fee will apply (Square Payment Processing).For Document's requiring witness
Bring your own witness (please refer to witness guidelines link.)
Or we can provide one for $15 per signature (availability fluctuates.)
For loan signings, apostille services, or hospital visits, please contact us. We currently serve hospitals but not correctional facilities.

We provide traditional long-distance notary home services at a highly competitive price.
Our rates are
5mi = $13
10mi = $25
Greater than 10mi = Please contact us for an estimate.
All distances are based on (25311 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Santa Clarita, CA 91355) as a starting point.

Our On the Spot Process

In the effort to minimize costs to our customers we have developed the
'On The Spot Process'1. Either schedule and meet the Notary public at (25311 Magic Mountain Pkwy, Santa Clarita, CA 91355) (Pictured above).
Otherwise known as the Iron Horse Trailhead parking lot (chosen for its public location, moderately sized parking lot and shaded picnic tables.)2. Our Notary Public will arrive in the vehicle pictured below and park near your vehicle.3. If you wish you may stay in your car or sit down at a picnic table.4. The notary public will confirm your identity, notarize your documents and confirm payment.5. Done! This process may take as little as 10-15 minutes depending on your documents.
